This is the Sound Lounge, a vibroacoustic wellness experience where sound and vibration do the work. You stay fully clothed, and while no touch is involved, the sensation is surprisingly close to receiving a massage. Music and low-frequency vibration move through the body together, offering a different path to calm and nervous system regulation, and a stillness that’s hard to reach any other way.

Every session is personalized. Bring your own playlist (anything with deep bass, low tones, and rich sound becomes something else entirely when you feel it through your whole body) or choose from our curated library of guided journeys, with themes like grief, transformation, heart-opening, chakra balancing, and sleep. Set the intensity anywhere from subtle to powerful, exactly how you want it to feel.
